Inbox

Forward a receipt or connect a mailbox. Eigenn reads the document, pulls out the amount, date, and supplier, and suggests the transaction it matches. You confirm the ones it is unsure about.

Documents are paired to transactions

Reviewed

Uncertain matches are flagged, not guessed

The paperwork and the transaction never meet

Receipts sit in email. Bills sit in a folder. The transaction sits in the bank feed. Someone spends the end of every month connecting them, and the ones that never get connected become questions at year end.

Scattered

Documents arrive across mail and chat

How document inbox works

Receipts sit in email. Bills sit in a folder. The transaction sits in the bank feed. Someone spends the end of every month connecting them, and the ones that never get connected become questions at year end.

01

Documents arrive

Connect a mailbox or forward documents in. Attachments are pulled out and queued.

02

Eigenn reads and matches

Each document is classified and read for supplier, amount, and date, then scored against candidate transactions and invoices.

03

You clear the exceptions

Confident matches are applied. Everything ambiguous stays in the queue with its candidates, so a person decides.

What the inbox handles

The inbox exists to make sure every transaction has its evidence attached.

Email connection

Connect Gmail to pull documents in automatically. Outlook is in beta.

Document reading

Supplier, amount, currency, and date are extracted from receipts, bills, and statements.

Suggested matches

Candidate transactions and invoices are scored and ranked, with the reason for each.

Exception queue

Low-confidence extractions are marked for review instead of being applied silently.

Drafted replies

Reply to a supplier or customer from the item, with a draft prepared from its context.

Reconciliation

Matched documents feed reconciliation, so the record and its evidence stay together.

Where this shows up in the week

01

Card receipts

Forward a receipt from your phone and it lands against the card transaction.

02

Supplier bills

Bills arriving by email are read and queued for coding without being retyped.

03

Month-end close

See which transactions still have no document before the close, not after it.

Stop matching receipts by hand

Connect a mailbox and let documents find the transactions they belong to.
